VINELink is principally a custody and notification channel, not a verified Rawlins booking-photo archive. No official Rawlins sheriff mobile app was found. Those negative findings matter because another county’s app or a generic VINE screen must not be presented as Rawlins County photo access.

When an image appears in news or social content, compare the named person, agency, arrest date, and case with official records. A reused or undated photo can easily be mistaken for a new booking. Rawlins and KDOC Photos Differ
A Rawlins booking photograph and a KASPER institutional image document different agencies and moments.
